His strength is to identify iconic opportunities in early stages and conclude transactions at an unmatched pace. Simultaneously, he spends a lot of time with his team ensuring focus on the minutest details. Ashish completed his schooling from Scindia School, Gwalior and completed his graduation in commerce from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata. He subsequently completed a Corporate Restructuring Mergers and Acquisitions (CRMA) program and Owner/President Management Program (OPM) from Harvard Business School. Ashish is member of Indo-Japanese Global partnership forum.
Saurabh comes with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Dharwad University, Karnataka, India. He has over 27 years of experience in implementing large scale projects, setting up production facilities, creating infrastructure and completing high value acquisitions. Saurabh has been involved in planning and creation of Telecom Infrastructure for semi government and private organizations which includes VSAT's, Videoconferencing, TDMA Radios, Optic Fiber Infrastructure etc. He is spearheading Aurum’s Mining portfolio in Africa and South America. Saurabh has been a part of Aurum since inception in 1999.
A Masters in Management Studies from University of Mumbai, Shreerang has over 28 years of Entrepreneurial, Industry & Consulting experience in various start-ups and M&A activities. He has held various key positions in the Industry including CFO of a company listed on BSE. He also was a key member in launch of first GSM operations outside Metros after which he launched an ISP company as a promoter. Shreerang is passionate about Innovation and continues to deliver “Innovation on Demand” to the corporate world.
With 29 years experience in design and construction industry, Mantesh's strength lies in depth knowledge of detailed Project Management Consultants, Designing, Planning, Implementation and co-ordination among several agencies during construction time. Mantesh has joined Loma IT Park Private Limited in February 2015, prior to joining Loma IT Park Mantesh has also worked with leading Project Management Consultants firms like Cushman and Wakefield and leading Air-conditioning companies like Blue Star Ltd /Mitsubishi. Also, he has worked MEP Leading MEP Company in Dubai with in depth knowledge of MEP Services High Rise Buildings. He has also worked with M&E consultants with India & overseas and has a sound knowledge in designing, installation, testing, commissioning, Successful Handover & maintenance and trouble-shooting of MEP systems.
With a Bachelor’s degree from Mumbai University and MBA with specialization in Materials, Vivek has over 34 years of experience as a Purchase Executive. Vivek is a part of Aurum Ventures and holds the position of Purchase Head of Aurum Ventures since 2015. Prior to this, he worked as a Purchase Executive at The Oberoi Group. He also worked as a Procurement Manager at regent Hotels & Resorts and as a Procurement Head at Peninsula Land Ltd. He served as the Assistant Vice President – Purchase at Lavasa Corporation Limited.
Pooja has been a part of Aurum since year 2019 leading the Human resources function at Aurum - in her role of a "Performance Coach". She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resources from the University of Mumbai and an NLP practitioner certification from NFNLP, USA She brings with her around 15 years’ experience in Human resources portfolio with large and mid-sized Organizations in Infrastructure Construction, Cement, Manufacturing & Real Estate sector.
Onkar has a Bachelor’s degree in Science from University of Mumbai & a Master’s degree in Renewable Energy, and Management from UK. Onkar has driven strategic and transformational initiatives at multiple organizations across industries like Energy, Real Estate, Mineral Exploration and Information Technology. He has worked with diverse teams across India, Europe & Africa. In his present role he has worked on various functional areas like Strategy, Project Management, Operations and Business Development. He is passionate about Sustainability and specializes in Renewable energy, green buildings & Energy efficiency projects.
Shrinivas has a Bachelor’s Degree in Production Engineering and a Masters in Management Studies (Finance) and also qualified internal auditor for ISO 9001:2001 on Quality management system. He started his career as an engineer and moved into the area of valuation field. He has conducted Asset valuations and TEV studies in various verticals of Manufacturing & Real Estate sector.
