Competition Research
The next critical stage is competition research assessment where we work with you to identify your major competitors, and assess competition to identify the strengths of their design as well as study the drawbacks to improve your service or product.
Strategy Development
Aimed with all the required and relevant information about your business, products and or services we plan a strategy for developing your web site or web application. This web site development plan is a result of meticulous research, requirement gathering, technical acumen and our experience.
Web Site Design
Innovative Consulting designs web site or web application based on the ideas, concepts or prototype accepted by our clients. This includes all the graphics, database layout and design, and other programming required for the web site or application to function as per the client's requirements. Any changes to the design should be discussed and incorporated during this phase. We strongly recommend this to avoid re-work and delays.
Web Site Development
The web site or web application is built. Elements such as interactive contact forms, flash animations or ecommerce shopping carts are implemented and made functional during this phase. The site may partially be up for viewing and or running depending upon the design elements.
Testing & Delivery
Once the web site is developed our team will test it for complete functionality, browser compatibility - to ensuring that your web site is optimized to be viewed properly in the most recent browser versions - and code validation i.e. ensure the site meets W3C standards.
Post successful testing and signoff we prepare to go live and launch the functional web site.
